- Thanks: I can see what you mean now I've tried back and forth. I end up with a compression ratio of 11,8 which seems pretty high to me -considering we in Europe have to run on 98 Octane pump petrol.

- 3 cc's was spot on using 0.030 and my deck clearance - thanks. It is (or should become!) a race engine: I am rebuilding and upgrading on the one I've raced for 1 1/2 season in Historics here in Denma
