Does anyone know of a if a distributor for a 1976 Spitfire will fit in a 1970. The reason I ask is that Vic. Brit. has a Mallory dist for 75-80 and that is it. I thought the distributor hole was the

John, All the Spit motors I have worked on, (1200, 1300 and 1500) all have the scam type distributor mounts. I have interchanged distributors between 1200 and 1500 engines. the obvious differences ar
