Anyone know the weight and dimensions of a Spitfire 1500 frame (no extensions)? I need to get trucking estimates before I buy one. Frame includes towers and front springs but not much else of anythin

I've never sent a Spitfire frame, but the very similar Herald/Vitesse frame comes out around 75Kg WITHOUT suspension towers. I suggest the Spitfire frame will be a little lighter due to the lack of

I have my frame out. I can lift the front one handed. The back end is a little heavier. I'm sure I could pick it up myself if I had it balenced. add 30 lbs for the shock towers and springs. I say 120

I have a 1500 frame in my storage unit, and from picking it up I'd say Bill has it just about right at 150-175lbs or so. Bill J
