I have run a spool for years. The negative is if you break an axle handling problems can develop, but the chance of that is a remote at the salt because of traction issues. The positive side is that

I've run all three at one time or another. I prefer the spool for ultimate two wheel traction. Follow JD's recommendation and make sure your tires are the same size. And as Tom said if you break an
