- I am looking for a zerk fitting for my steering rack, but I need to know what the thread is. Is it 1/4-28 or 5/16-24. Also, is it straight or tapered? Thanks, Cary Henry

- It is 1/8" BSP, not NPT pipe thread. No taper, you won't find it locally. Use part #GGF6 from the Roadster factory. If they no longer carry them, I can probably find one on my parts shelf. Cheers, To
