It would appear that grease is definitely not the way to go. The ultra high viscosity of grease is causing excessive structural stress and premature e-failuration. How many miles on your car(s) now

My main car just went to all zeros this past Sunday, now it's counting past 600,000. I will admit that about 10 years ago I replaced the rack. Had some play in the straight ahead position! Paul A Re:
