Hello Simon, Puller probably not required. Center wheel, remove horn push, loosen but do not remove steering wheel nut, whack lightly on the nut with a soft hammer like an old brass wire wheel hammer

In looking at what you just bought ( I hope it is as good as it looks on paper). You should not have to remove the wheel hub, just remove the six bolts that hold the wheel to the hub. Bob, 71 mgb I h
