<< When I was doing this seriously, I would use similar boxes (my favorite are file storage boxes w/ removable lids) and label each one with the parts manual page that the contents could be found in.

Getting off topic, but we use Access for the whole site networked. You can even do this with Excel using an option that allows multiple users to access and save changes simultaneously. Boxes work too
