If you have your pistons made, you can offset grind the crank and gain up to 0.250" extra stroke by going from the 2.125 journal to a 2.000 journal. You would also need a good rod, the chevy V8 rod

We use the 4-cyl Chevy inline rods. They can be found in the GM 4-cylinder inboard marine engines. We off-set the stroke and used the Avenger pistons and we have about a 2.0L Alpine engine now -- Jan
