As I remember it, Maxwell drove two different cars, depending upon the season. The first was a Karmann-Ghia VW, and the next was the Tiger. After the series ended, Don Adams kept the Tiger. Drove it

Wasn't it a Tiger/Alpine first (they had to use an Alpine so they would have room for the cannon that popped out of the hood) and then a Karman Ghia when VW became a sponser and an Opel GT at the end

In one episode Maxwell Smart also drove a light blue metal flake Mustang, around a 68 or 69 vintage. He didn't start that particular episode by driving it, but drove it later in the show. Rob Kempin
