Peter. I had to cut my bushings to get them on the bar. There was no problem in gently stretching them apart to make them fit. I used a hacksaw. Robert Carley 73 tr6

Curiuos? The poly bushings I got for my GT6+ are split on one side for this purpose. They can be pried apart to fit over the bar, even though my bar has a threaded stud on the end, instead of a wide,

Most swaybar bushings are factory split to ease installation. Don't get to worried about doing so yourself to install them. The clamps and the frame hold the bushing in good shape, and the split cau
