I too have a "MIghty Vac" and the only sucking it has done has been the $$$$$$$$ out of my pockets. My experience has been the same as yours, i.e. it sucks air in around the bleeder screw threads and

I totally agree! The Mity Vac sux! Best thing I have found is the EZ Bleed that attaches to the tire valve and uses air pressure to bleed thru the mc. Frank "Swamp Yankee" Krajewski www.bmcne.com

Had similar "Mighty Vac" problems, so I put it away. Just happened to get it out last week when I was changing fluid in the B. Put the hose on the bleeder valve w/o any adapter, pumped the thing up,
