- I would like to install an original style drain tap on my original radiator. Do the taps screw in? Do I nned any special sealant for the tap to radiator? Steve 52 TD

- The tap does just screw in. I don't think they used a sealant originally, but that was a few years ago and many ins and outs of the drain tap. I would use some. Also, have a supply of the hard red g

- I replaced the tap drain on the 51 with one from MOSS, it just screwed in no special sealing required, but I did us some teflon tape.... (personal choice), I was disappointed that the drain did not
