Hi Tom! Very interesting notes. What I did with my original metal fan, after cleaning it up during the restoration, and before painting the fan, was this: I removed the 'burs' on the outer tips/edges

Note however that the TR6 has a elastomeric dampener as part of the crank pulley. I've got one of those in the parts bin, but since it doesn't rotate, I don't see how it could affect balance of the
