- I've done it with some success. You can see the results on my website: http://www.merlingroupinc.com/tr3.htm You will either need a sewing machine or an inhuman ability to sew a straight even stitch.

- I had my side curtains rebuilt by King Upholstery in Centralia, WA recently. Very happy with the results. Cost was $30 to pick up a set of spare curtains at the swap meet in Portland and $166 to King
