My 1959 TR3A TS43208L had the fuel cutoff valve when I bought the car 1n 1981, altho it had been bypassed. The factory TR2/3 Parts Manual shows the valve as standard from the first commission number

I know that my 58 TR3A (TS27536LO) had one as you describe. I even came across some new cork seals in the workshop the other day. When properly adjusted it worked well and did not leak. Greg Gelhar 1
