Man, I finally got my rebuilt side curtains back from TRF (took 7 months, they look great) and put the top on the TR3A and took it out for a road test. The noise levels inside the car are deafening.

Loud is what I like about my TR. I used to trip car alarms in parking garages with my "Throaty" loud.

If fitted correctly the originals also have a lip that catches that slot. That and the flap on the top fitting over the top edge of the side curtain keeps it quite stable. I don't recall a louder noi
