I'm on digest, so I can't do a straight reply. In answer to your questions: 1) Lowers yes. Upper no. Don't forget the nut & bolt that secures the US passenger side crash pad to the side of the center

If your car is a 6, I replaced the lower crash pads without moving the metal dash. It was a tight fit but they went in. For some reason the passanger side was much more difficult than the driver's s

If I remember correctly, the windshield on the TR6 is the same as the 4. There are two bolts sort of underneath the front fender below the pillar accessible with the door opened. These must be loosen
