- This is a really interesting thread, and I don't know anything about TR's being used as police cars, but using convertibles or roadsters as police cars, although seemingly implausible, is not unheard

- FWIW I believe the Triumph Sports Six club has a GT6 police car, so they used GT6's for sure. I can't comment on TR's as police cars however. If you visit TSSC's home office, you can take a look at
