Is it some way of adjusting the tach, when engine is turned off my tach needle stayes put on 2500 rpm. When i drive the never drops below 3000 rpm. This is a mechanical tach on 59 frogeye. Or does th

Jens You might get lucky and just have to reset the needle. Remove the tach, remove the glass, push the needle back to zero. You may have to pop it off and replace it on 0. It sure can't hurt. -- Fra
