Does anyone know the easiest way to replace the choke pull & twist handle on a 74 CBB? Today I snapped it off, behind the fascia, the metal looked pretty tired and scaffed on the side. The procedure

I too have replaced this piece. I was able to do it by removing the airvents in the center of the facia. There is a nut that holds the choke handle assembly in the hole. This will have to be removed

Thats just how I did it. Remove glove box and face vents. Then reach your hand around through the glove box to the back of choke cable. Nut on back isnt very tight. Good Luck! Dave Stecher Urbandale
