Physically the dizzy will fit and most of the internals are the same. What may be different are the advance weights and plates. The vacuum advance will be different also. Of course you can use the in

One more thing - check the 'factory' Clymer manual to get the dizzy specs for both cars. I think I sent the specs and graphs to almost all Roadster dizzies and they may be posted on 311s if memory se
