- Can't help you with a wheel balancer specialist in your area. But I do have some tips. An old fashion bubble balance might be better than the new dynamic spin balance they do today. Another option is

- Just solved this exact problem with my '77B. She would shake at 55 but smooth out again at around 65. First, I repacked the front bearings. Still, no joy. Next, I moved the front tyres to the rear.
