Good point. The electronic tuners of new radios need power to keep their pre-sets, even without a "key CD". Hate to try a power line around the cut-off, as the same power does go to the power bus. P

Keep this in mind too when considering a a battery cut out switch.. many car stereos have anti-theft deturants in them like My Eclipse. Power goes out, and comes back on, it will ask for the "key" CD
