I have installed the Securon 3 point belts on Casper (TR3) from Victoria British, Catalog #12-498. The catalog notes that Triumphs without original inertia reels will need the re-inforcement plates C

You have it wrong about the Moss belts. The inertia belts ARE three point belts. They work very well - are not position/angle sensitive. They are made in the USA and come with all necessary hardware.
