Whoops! Just got a close-up of that air cleaner. It's not stock, but cast aluminum, with a big fat chrome nut on top. I think Tiger Tom has them. The bottom plate must not fit like the stock stamped

I'd have to go home and check, but I'm pretty sure that the 600 DP that I've got, has uncut bowl vent tubes. Even with that, though, I don't think there's more than 3/4" clearance above the choke air
