I have located a top from an Alpine. Year unknown. What do I need to look for when looking for a hardtop? Do the Alpine and Tiger tops interchange? Many thanks. Gary B9470543

The hardtops for the later Alpines and all Tigers are one and the same. The early Alpines (I, II, III) had 'bubble' hardtops which will not fit a Tiger. Make sure all the chrome and moldings are ther

Actually the Alpine Series 1 and 2 had the bubble hardtops (wrap around rear window). The Series 3 had the 'flat' (almost) rear window hardtop as fitted to S4 and 5 and Tiger. Have a browse around th

Series 1 and 2 are identical. Series 3 is where the change was made and they are identical to Series 4 and on. The "square" hardtops had only one change I know of, and that was the size of the butto
