Unfortuntately not. At least not so you'd gain anything in the effort. Bottom line is that the bushings are a really tight fit. So tight that you have to be able to PUSH them out. Even if you could c

I would like to disagree with the previous respondent. I replaced the upper bushing on a '71 TR-6 without removing the column. I did this in '87 or 88 and my memory is fuzzy as to the procedure I use
