Too Strange, I have an original BMC loose leaf MK2 Sprite workshop manual and it does not list a torque value for that either. So I check my InterEurope British Leyland Manual for the 1961 Sprite -

I even checked other marques like Mini, A40, and even some obscure books. Nothing on the cam nut torque. So I guess it's like that German girl we all want to meet. Gudentight! It does have a lock tab

Are you referring to the timing sprockets, plural? Yes. The point is that the crank pully has a torque value listed, but the cam end doesn't.Just seems rather oddd. <dnw> '72 Midget '98 Safari '02 9-
