- We tow about 4-5000# with a 2 wheel drive, 4 liter Explorer w/ towing package. Trailer is a 16 ft. enclosed, Haul-Lite Car Vault, which unfortunately is no longer made. Trailer height is not enough

- Doesn't the Discovery use the 4.0 engine and the Range Rover uses the 4.6 engine. I'd say that will make a big differnce.
