Depends...How fast is he and what are you optimizing for? If he's really, really fast and you are optimizing for best performance by someone else, the best place for it is in the transporter! :-)

According to AMD you need a clear line of sight to the pavement, the transmitter has to point down at the track (opposite end from the wire in hardwired versions, opposite end from the securing clip

I mounted mine to the front surface of the left front inner wheel well. That is, in the cavity between the front valence and the inner fender. It's about 2" above the bottomn of the inner fender. I c
