Through the years at least two shades of BRG have been offered up by Triumph. There were defined as: COLOR Year Code Alt. Alt. PPG ICI DuPont B. R. Green 57-67 75 42487 2855 Dark(B.R.)Green 75-76 75

None of them are Brooklands Green. That color is: Brooklands Green 76-80 HAE 169 HMM 45190 Joe

I would not argue the point extensively, but as I remember, there was a distinct difference between the BL/MG "BRG" of the early 60's and the Triumph TR-3A "BRG." The MG was darker, and flatter. The

Thanks for saving me a trip home to pick up the reference... Brooklands Green is a British Leyland color the was used (I believe in the 70's) I've seen it on MGBs and a few TR7s. The really dark Jag

I had the same questions when I set out to paint my '58 TR3. The BRGs I saw, some had too much blue, some had too much yellow, some were just ugly. The paint I ended up using was a Jaguar color, Dup
