Kevin: What's the paint code on your 76 TR6 color? Carmine comes close to a deep wine color, but I don't think there was a factory purple like Damson in 1976. Harvey Cohen New Haven, CT 71 TR6

It looks like it is paint code 92. It definitely looks like the original color. I've got the interior stripped out and the rear wheel arches and inner doors are all the same as the exterior. Kevin B
