The front running lamp (sidelamp) lights up - so would it still be a bad ground? I would think not. I've played with socket, but will try again. Thanks, Jim

I swapped the working left side bulb for the non-blinking right side bulb. The right side bulb works in the left socket, the left bulb does blink in the right socket. So I would not think the proble
