The relay for the turn signals is the same as the hazard relay, I believe. If you remove and clean the hazard switch, (or replace it) I think that might fix the problem. Hazards get used very seldom

My 74 has separate flashers. The turn signal unit is over by the "cubby" (glovebox). YMMV Gary 74B

May I assume we are talking about a B? On my '73 it's near the wiper motor on the passenger side, under the dash. It has the standard two prong "L" shaped connector, although, as I recall, the flash
