- Hi all, I, and a few other are looking at getting tyres fro our P-types. Is there any consensus on the best size (ie 4.00 /19 vs 4.50/19) and does anyone have any experience of Barry Walker's 3 stud

- I have had a set of BW's 4/19 3 stud tyres on my P type for around 2000 miles now and am pleased with them. They do look slightly spindly (albeit that is said to be "correct" - whatever that means)

- Hello Andrew, As regards best size (4.00/19 vs 4.50/19) I think it should be 4.00/19 as 4.50/19 do not "look right" on a P-type. Also with swept wings, there may well be a tendency for the larger tyr

- 4:50X19 will rub on the inside fender. 3:50/4:00X19 are a little small but work fine and are low cost. Lucas Engineering in Signal Hill, CA has them. Chris Noland has 4:00X19 orignal knobby tire ava
