What I did was measured the distance with a long screwdriver than cut a broom stick to size. stuck it in place, pull-tied the chain right under the cam sprocket and pulled the head. No fuss no bothe

There really isn't a big issue with the u20 on this. The problem with the engines is that the tensioner is down low in the front cover so if you don't prevent it from popping out you are screwed and

you don't need it Guys ; just tie a sting around the chain , the wood block was to keep the tensioner in on the L motor, no need on the u20 because the tensoner is on the head! Mike Kerr Roadster Res
