The yoke must be deformed. You can try heating the yoke with torch and probably tap the cup out. If not, take it to a machine shop and have it pressed out. If you resort to this, I would have them in

Assuming you've got the "cross (+)" portion of the ujoint out, you can drive the last cup into the middle of the yoke. Once you've got three cups out you can usually remove the center, especially if
