When I see a black engine bay in an MG (unless it is a black MG), I assume the car has had a cheapo paint job for a quick buck. These are not Chevys, MGs had the entire body painted one color. (not s

That method works well for the Bs that were built on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Tuesday and Thursdays engine paint guy did a better job of it. Safety Fast, David Deutsch
