I don't think you're doing anything wrong. My feeling is that an SU at idle doesn't suck enough air for the float to move. I had the same problem yesterday with the same result - I gave up. Dan Pock

It should work! Maybe your Unisyncs are defective? Make sure the float isn't stuck and that the orifice is open both at the venturi and at the end of the float tube. Maybe this is obvious, maybe not-

I had the same problem - actually sent one back to MOSS because it behaved the same way. The replacement was a little better - but still not like the "original". I think it is a case of the newer "T

I have unisyc tool ant there is no float in it. Tried section of air hose and just listened to both. Works well and easy to hear difference. Try it, you'll like it. robmgb 74B
