I have a 65 Tiger that is still original. I have been adding a lead substitute to my fuel when I gas up. What type of damage or loss of perfomance will I possibly incur if I fail to add the lead subs

Pounded exhaust seats, followed by a sucked valve...plan to install hard seats with some decent alooy exhaust valves next time y9ur engine is out.... Chris

seats Beware, many are of the opinion that the seat inserts are a greater liability than the possibility of valve seat recession. The seats can fall out and really ruin the day for your motor. Anecdo
