Chris, I would suggest that you adjust the rear brakes and re-bleed it again. Sometimes it can take hours to do the job and quarts of fluid but in the end it always seems to work. If you are using a

Yes that's the right procedure. I also find it helpful to just put my finger over the bleeder and let the fluid squirt out a few times. It seems that it always takes a while to get the air out using
