Nope.. generally if you tighten them up you might get a little more top end, and same for adding clearance for bottom end.. But not much and on a lot of stuff the extra lash just beats things to deat

If I were you I think I might flycut the pistons just a tad...about 0.045 in each notch. if the pistons are too thin might be time for some thicker ones in the valave pocket area.. Dave

well as long as the timing doesn't change, and the rods don't stretch too much, and the pistons don't grow, and the valves follow the cam, what else can go wrong? : ) I'm just trying to keep as much
