On a TR3, the adjuster is threaded 5/16-24. Assuming the rocker ratio is 1.5 : 1 (anyone got the correct number handy ?), .010" clearance at the valve works out to almost exactly 1/6th turn of the ad

Rocker ratio is not figured into the calculation. Think of it this way--when one presses the pushrod end of the rocker against the top of the pushrod, it cannot move. Can the clearance still be adjus
