- I may be mistaken, but I don't think the O-rings are intended to be use as seals. I think a lot of kits include them to be used to be put over the valve stems to 'temporarily' hold the valves on the

- These O-Rings were/are the usual stem seals on the 948/1098 engines with the original guides. They aren't as effective as the wonderful new viton ones that fit over a groove on the newer guides, but
