Anyone have any experience putting Chevy Vega wheels on a square nose? I've been told that they might need spacers on the back but what about the front? I know the stud spacing is correct and I have

The spacers are used to hold the wheel away from the hub a bit as the center hole of the Vega wheels are slightly too small to go all the way over the hubs. A better way is to open up the centers on

While cruising the junkyard the this AM I found 2 sets of alloy wheels, one with the old slotted style, the others look like the old thrust-d style. The supposedly fit chevy vega. both very cheap. bo

If they actually fit a Vega they will bolt up to a Spridget. The problem could be in the offset. Do the "thrust-d" style ones look like this? http://www.herbytoys.com/images/Sprite%20libre.jpg If so
