While in CA I got a plastic cleaning kit from TAP Plastics that did a great job on my roadsters soft top. I consists of 3 solid abrasives and 2 liquids. Also Mothers aluminum cleaner works well on pl

If the plastic windows are really bad off, you can have them replaced. I took mine to a canvas repair shop that does repairs to convertible tops. One thing they recommend - don't cut out the windows
