Yes, if the oil and temp are in the single dual gauge as they are mechanical. But didn't the padded dash and the seperate gauges appear in 67 for North America? That dash had seperate gauges, and the

If you don't use one you will have to connect the supply-side of the fuel gauge directly to the green circuit which will cause it to read high. It is possible to adjust the gauge but then it will not
