I think you are exaggerating a bit. If just running through a puddle would warp your rotors, every car in Western Oregon would have warped rotors as it rains all winter and much of Spring and Fall,

I just finished dealing with the same type problem on a 72 BGT system with new hub, rotor, and bearings. First off, have a look at how its "warped". Is it actually warped or out of it's proper plane?
