Yep, I know it works for me ("Salt, its not just for Margaritas" - a life long I have a Miata, running 15 lbs of boost, with not quite enough power (which is probably way too much, but . . well, you

I think it depends on the rest of the installation and if it is running properly now. Is it intercooled? What is the charge air temp? Was the timing severely retarded to allow for the boost? Can you

Timing can be adjusted, it IS intercooled but I don't know what the charge temp It seems to be running like gangbusters, but I will have it on a dyno soon to see what it is really doing and what the

I remember starting in 1961 or so when the Olds F 85 Jet Fire turbo 215's had water/alcohol injection - Olds engineering must have thought the water/alcohol was important to stop detonation - They we

The alcohol did two things. Antifreeze and charge air cooling. Above 50% it can take away power. In my opinion, water injected before the turbo in the right ratio (30% 1 10%) will work best. For mor

I'm talking about the ratio of water to fuel. I have never considered using Alcohol because there if very little information available about it's use in water cooled engines. Air cooled - yes. Durin
